Mel Kiper now projects Barrett Jones to be a center, which could mean lower draft position but longer career.

ESPN draft guru Mel Kiper thinks AJ McCarron should return for senior season and Barrett Jones is a third-round pick, and preparing for the no-huddle will be bigger priority:

I posted a couple times last year late in the recruiting process, but Saban loves Dalvin ... looks like that has carried forward. Keep your eye on him.

Agree that Jones is a mid-round grade, but because of his (1) production and work ethic (2) character and (3) versatility, would not be surprised if he doesn't move up to the mid second round. I would assume that Sexton will be his agent and he will do very good work for the Jones.

Yep. I think the thing that may influence CJ to stay is the other LB's out there. As Kiper mentioned there are a few other good cover backers. While I believe CJ is the best of all of them just having the possibility of a team liking one of those guys more than CJ makes h im come back IMO. For sure 1st rounder next year (I think he's a first rounder this year).
