A home win over either Florida or LSU would have likely sent A&M (8-2, 5-2 in SEC) to Atlanta in its first year in the league. Ag Cup and Alabama state title will have to suffice.

Tiger fans celebrated A&M's win over Alabama until they realized it sent their BCS bowl hopes to the bottom of the bayou. After those sixty seconds were up, though, they celebrated some more.
