One of UA's strongest players, Steen excels in the run game.
61 OG Anthony Steen (rJr.)
2011 season: Appeared in all 13 games, making nine starts at right guard.
2012 spring practice: After splitting time with Alfred McCullough during the second half of the 2011 season, Steen reaffirmed his status as a starter. Paul Crane Offensive Lineman Award recipient at the close of spring drills.
What he brings to the table: While somewhat overshadowed by Chance Warmack, Barrett Jones and D.J. Fluker, Steen has an NFL future of his own. Combines with Warmack to give UA 37 career starts at the guard positions.
62 NT Brandon Ivory (rSo.)
2011 season: Played in four games, earning his first letter. Posted five assisted tackles, with three of those coming against Georgia Southern.
2012 spring practice: Worked behind Jesse Williams at nose tackle. Recorded one assisted tackle in A-Day game.
What he brings to the table: Solid two-gap defender who has made steady strides during his two years in the program. Much improved physically over the freshman who reported to UA two summers ago. Legitimate depth provider on run downs.
63 OL Kellen Williams (rJr.)
2011 season: Saw action in five games as a reserve, picking up his first monogram in the process.
2012 spring practice: Worked with the second-team offense at left tackle.
What he brings to the table: Similar to the aforementioned McCullough in that he has provided depth at a number of positions, including center. Not a natural left tackle but was serviceable in the spring. Best shot at winning a starting job might come at guard next spring.
