I've said all along the league will eventually go to 16. It's just a matter of timing and getting the right programs (i.e. TV markets).

Who you guys think ends up with the auburn job?

Tim are you still confident on Robert Foster commiting to the Tide?

That's a tough one. Robert Foster is the one most likely to decide at this time so would probably be him although he is not a Bama lock. Pitt is right there too.

Maybe Gene Chizik. Not sure who they expect to grab who will be a significant upgrade. Lot of competition and lot of schools have a head start on them searching.

Happy Thanksgiving guys, whom do we believe to be next 2014 commi.

There has been a lot made of the defensive issues against aTm and LSU. Some seem to be buying into the idea that we are vulnerable and have some issues on that side of the ball. Going into the SECCG, do you feel we have some things we need to clean up on defense or should we not look too much into those games? What's the feeling among the staff here on BOL?

I think defensively they are what they are - the shortcomings they have (depth in secondary, lack of true game-changing pass-rusher, lack of overall elite speed in front 7) aren't going to be fixed unless they shake things up and younger kids play more minutes.

None of those issues are deal breakers obviously - just makes for some match up concerns if they play certain opponents who can expose it.
