Really hate to lose Groh, but can't fault him one bit for taking that job! This is a great sign IMO, we are used to seeing our defensive coaches getting promotions and moving on, but this is a first with offensive coaches, Groh and Stoutland both getting jobs in the NFL says just how great our program is right now! I coach Mac got a HC job, but it was at Colorado State, these are two position coaches getting NFL jobs!
The price of victory is high, but so are the rewards.

I'm happy with the hires and for the work done by Bama coaches but F Urban Meyer and his comment after the NC game about Bama not turning coaches over.

Groh was fantastic. Really hate to see him leave. No doubt in my mind our WR's were more technically sound under him than anyone in recent memory. Learned a good deal from him on route-running and footwork at last year's coaching clinic.
With that said, I'm sure it will be plug-and-play with Napier. Good times.

Groh was an upgrade over CC in terms of developing WRs. Hopefully Napier will be another upgrade.

Talent and QB play had alot to do with the Wr production. He was a good coach and a great recruiter but the new guy will be just just as productive.
