Two open 3's for them, long rebounds and not one player on from Bama had his hands up ready to rebound on either shot. UF gets the board and gets fouled.

Well, we are giving them wide open looks because we're packing the paint for whatever reason. Hoping for a tipped pass/steal I guess.
Not sure why Lacey took himself out of the play by jumping at the shooter when the ball had already been on its way down to the rim. We're playing stupid.

I honestly think we have a better chance of shooting three than driving and taking jump shots. Why dont we just try to shoot them more? Hell whats the difference between a missed 3 and a missed 2? Florida is gonna wind up making 15 3's in this game

How is that possible? Are we that inept at getting contact in the paint? Is Florida that damn good at defending?

he's the only reason we did not get blown out in the first half, he's had to play a lot of minutes 2 nights in a row. I expect fatigue is setting in.

I don't even care about the fact they've got what amounts to a 18 point advantage against us on 3s. What pisses me off is that on a number of those possessions, we allowed them 2 or 3 opportunities to get that look. On others, we just straight up got lost.
I'd rather Florida keep jacking up 3s all day - that's the only way we can win the game. But we have to actually close them out and bother them, and we're not doing it.
When a team that can't score stops defending, too, this is what happens.

Thats because Nick Jacobs has not a single passion to grab a rebound about him. I keep trying to get everyone to just watch him play. For a 6'8" 250 forward, its a waste of good gerth

Watch Green in the paint, whenever he goes for his jump hook over his right shoulder he always jumps away from contact. He rarely tries to initiate contact. Jacobs does better initiating contact but UF knows he only has one go to move.
