Stunner: Florida Gulf Coast 2, Florida 1.
You can probably thank Jackie Traina's old high school teammates for that one. Gulf Coast is a relatively new school located in the Fort Myers/Naples area. Always had good softball players there (and the only reason I know that was my first journalism job was with the Fort Myers News-Press).

I think we can say that Florida is essentially out of the post season. Three of their best players which include the Fagan sisters and Cheyenne Coyle are suspended indefinitely. From reports that are out what they did is really bad and has really hurt their team. Also, with UT losing, and MS State being the 1st team out of the tournament, it's not a good day for the SEC.
