I want to take a few seconds and tip my hat to Tim Watts, Chuck Power and Shane Youngblood for their work this recruiting cycle.
I am incredibly proud of this group for their professionalism, speed and accuracy. They did a great job all throughout the year identifying and keeping us all up to date on every target and commitment.
And, led by Tim Grandaddy Watts, they showed what they are all about during the final week. These guys owned the news in every aspect and led the market in their predictions and up to the minute updates down to the breaking prediction of Kirven to Alabama. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that these guys lead the market and everyone else follows.
However, the thing that impressed me the most was their willingness to spend so much time on the Round Table. As a company, we are committed to building a great message board community and these guys have bought into the philosophy.
I tip my hat to Tim, Chuck and Shane for a terrific job. Great work guys!
