So D. White was getting beat up when a employee David Ingram tried to break it up to no prevail and it lead to him getting beat up as well. During all this shots were fired I assume to put a end to this brutal attack.

Yes. That is what we were told last night. That guy had no clue who was fighting, but triedto stop it and help somebody.

These kind of posts always crack me up. No one gives a rat's a$$ what Joe Schmo college student does at 2:45 in the morning. No one cares what kind of judgment Joe Schmo uses, no one cares if he has morons for friends or if he makes bad decisions. He can stay out all night, get as drunk out of his mind, and even get the trash beat out of him on a nightly basis, and flunk out of school. No one cares. Last time I checked, a college student could be a complete idiot and even flunk out of school. And you know what? No one will care.

But here's the thing...Joe Schmo doesn't play football at the University of Alabama. It is a perfectly reasonable for coaches at the University of Alabama to expect their players to exercise good judgment and stay the hell away from places they don't need to be at, and at times of the night that they don't need to be there.

No one is trying to deny a college student the right to be a moron and make stupid decisions. Just remember, though, that the college student also doesn't have an inherent right to pay football at the University of Alabama. When you sign up to do that, you accept the fact that it comes with certain obligations and responsibilities that the ordinary college student doesn't have.
