Until then, probably have to upload them to facebook then ... ? some of you techies, how do you get them from facebook to the board until we build it into our mobile site?

Edit: download photobucket app for your phone, take a pic and upload to photobucket. Tap on pic taken then open menu button and select view links. Tap on direct link to copy. Go back to BOL and paste link in text field and you will have a pic.

iOS is going to be a HUGE problem as long as you only have the web app. Mobile Safari doesn't support uploads because, by design, you can't access the filesystem directly in iOS. Same principle as why you can't insert a picture into an email or text message - you have to go to the picture and share it. There are workarounds, but they all involve installing a third-party app. Good luck.
While they're messing with the mobile site, can we get the AJAX up/down votes (currently in the full site) for mobile?
