TIDE 60-3 UNDER SABAN WHEN LEADING AT THE HALF: Alabama enters halftime with a 10-7 lead over Georgia. The Crimson Tide is 60-3 when leading at the half under head coach Nick Saban.
RUSHING TOUCHDOWNS: Alabama has scored at least one rushing touchdown in all but one game this season.
LACY RUSHING TOUCHDOWNS: Alabama running back Eddie Lacy enters the locker room with 15 touchdowns on the season. His 15 rushing touchdowns rank tied for sixth in the single season annals. His 28 career rushing touchdowns rank seventh in the record books.
TEAM RUSHING: Alabama is 48-0 since the start of the 2008 season when the Tide rushes for at least 150 yards. The Crimson Tide rushed for 152 yards in the first half.
LACY STREAKING: Alabama running back Eddie Lacy enters the half with 90 yards on nine carries. Lacy has gone over 90 yards rushing in four straight games and has scored at least one touchdown in five straight games.
FIRST HALF DEFENSE: Alabama entered the locker room at the half holding Georgia to seven points. The Crimson Tide has now held 11 opponents to seven points or less in the first half this season.
SHELLEY CAREER SCORING: Senior kicker Jeremy Shelley tallied four points in the first half. Shelley now ranks sixth all-time in the Alabama career annals with 246 points.
SHELLEY STILL PERFECT: Alabama senior kicker Jeremy Shelley remains the only perfect kicker in the country on the season, connecting on his lone field goal and point after attempts in the first half. Shelley now has converted all 61 point after attempts and 11 field goal attempts.
SCORING STREAK CONTINUES: With Eddie Lacy’s 41-yard touchdown run in the second quarter, Alabama raised its current total of consecutive games in which it scored to 154 – the longest streak in program history.
