We need to just go ahead & double Coach Burns pay & let him teach our basketball players the importance of securing the ball & not putting yourself in a position, over & over again, where you're just dribbling into traffic just to do so, & wind up putting it on the court & giving up a potential fast break the other way.

If he'd do that & one of our other coaches was able to teach them how to ensure we're taking as many quality shots as possible, instead of double clutching on wide open opportunities, & launching up contested 3's that have no shot at going in the basket anyway, we might be able to turn this around.
