If tickets did not sell, then they weren't student tickets. The students may not have showed up, but that doesn't mean the student allotment wasn't sold out. Same thing with the other seats in the stands. Not saying this is a good thing, but it's Western Carolina.
Now, IF there were unsold tickets then that means the streak was snapped by ... gasp ... non-students.

And no matter what some of our fans want to act like, they were just as empty during our blowouts of crap teams 7-10 years ago, too.
Although these kinds of blowouts happened at a much lower rate back then, no matter who we played!
