Some Upshaw notes:
Upshaw will compete with Paul Kruger and Sergio Kindle for Johnson's old starting job.
“I think Paul is still the lead dog there; he’s still the veteran guy,” Harbaugh said. “It will get us another pass rusher. Courtney will provide great competition. Certainly, there will be tremendous depth.”
The Ravens may like him even more against the run:

i thought Chapman would have gone by now, that knee injury must have caused his stock to drop.

Looks like the knee and no combine work really dropped his stock, but a guy who plays 3 months of SEC football with a torn ACL can play on my football team anyday.
