I have noticed a lot this year that teams aren't getting the ball across half court util there is 21-23 seconds on the shot clock. I thought you had 10 seconds to get it across. 35 second shot clock minus 23 seconds is 12 seconds. What gives?

I'm not sure. Lacey seems uncomfortable running it though IMO. Releford seems to have a better burst and more of an ability to drive and get to the basket.
