Those of you who watched the weight room tour video may remember Scott Cochran saying something about how he's really big into strengthening neck muscles.
According to recent study, neck strength predicts concussion risk -- which had always been believed, but this helps explain it all:

A guy on my football team got in a bad car wreck in high school, and the doctors said his neck strength probably saved his life. He's been wheelchair bound since but still alive because of those machines and those workouts (in my opinion and the doctors).
