Talked to some people this morning and Steve Marshall hasn't heard from Alabama -- doesn't appear that his agent has either.
Marshall's name was in the mix when Saban arrived, but he ended up hiring Joe Pendry

Still hoping we Cristobal. Though it's unlikely, my first choice would be Hill, that guy can coach, and the past two coaches we got from Fresno were HR hires, he did a great job at Fresno considering what he had to work with.
The price of victory is high, but so are the rewards.

Actually Marshall was hired by CNS and ON CAMPUS but left before Spring practice, to go to the Browns.
