Both of my boxes are checked and my number is correct. Never got a text. That sucks

Lucky,
Every time I go back to settings --> alerts, both boxes for 247 sports and Alabama football are unchecked. I know I have checked them multiple times. I check them and then save them and go back a few days later and no boxes are checked. Any ideas as to why this keeps happening? I just want my text messages.
