True, but this is on the NFL. They tell the kids to come to NYC and say you will go in the 1st round. Kid's come up there and get humiliated on national tv. The NFL had 26 guys come in this year, the most ever. They seriously screwed up with having several kids in the waiting room and I would fire a few guys who allowed this to happen. There should never be more than 15-20 kids who come to NYC.

I couldn't give two fewer fricks than I already do about the NFL. I simply hate it for Courtney and hope the Ravens organization suck starts a shotgun for passing on him in round 1 because they assume he'll be there in round 2. Frick 'em.

Hate for CU too. But if you have the chance to trade down, get more picks, and still get your guy at the top of the 2nd round, you do it.

No... you're missing the point. Upshaw is amazing, and again... It's like our coach says, "It's not where you get drafted... it's how good of a player you are once you get there." So I'm not looking for 24 hour bragging rights to be able to stick it to our booger eating friends. Courtney will have a great career and will be an impact guy... I just think it's funny that people think Ozzie would risk a 7 figure salary just to demonstrate Bama pride. They have already announced they are giving Kruger the chance to fail as Jarret's replacement. Who cared where our guys go? Is Eric Curry a better player than Demeco... he went higher? The draft is not just knowing your board but knowing the overall board... the supply and demand of the draft.
