Alabama senior gymnast Ashley Priess was named one of six finalists for the AAI Award recognizing the most outstanding senior female gymnast in the country, American Athletic, Inc., announced.

The eight-time All-American is up against Oklahoma's Brie Olson, Florida's Marissa King, Penn State's Sharaya Musser, UCLA's Vanessa Zamarripa and Michigan's Katie Zurales.

The AAI Award is voted on by all NCAA women's gymnastics head coaches. The six finalists will be recognized and the winner will be announced at a banquet during the NCAA Championships held April 19-21.
