Would be a huge get for us. Best backer in this cycle by a good margin IMO.

He and Reuben would be a helluva pair our D. Hope he rolls with us. Seems like his eyes are opening to the impact choosing us could make.

He says he cant wait for his parents to see Ohio State in April. Why doesnt he and parents visit Columbus during the WINTER?! Furthermore, WHAT can a southern 5 Star be thinking, wanting to leave the South to play in the weak Big Ten, in COLD, small stadiums?!

Just a FWIW, OSU has the largest athletic budget, the most varsity teams, etc.in the NCAA. Nothing small time or second rate about it's athletic complex's or $ spent . Like at UF, OSU is the flagship school in Ohio, and despite there being 7 schools playing Div. I football ( MAC and Cincinnati in the Big East), OSU gets the pick of the litter. There's 50 large high schools in each Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati, etc. (ND gets a few- Catholic high schools are huge up there, Michigan gets a few from the Toledo area, and Penn State gets a few from Youngstown area) In Florida, kids were cherry picked by Miami and FSU- plus a lot of other schools came in- including Bama. I am a believer in Coach NS and the SEC but despite the Buckeye's relatively competitive past, it's a sleeping giant waiting for Urban. The winters are bleak but that said, Urban will recruit Dixie much more now and in the future than OSU has in the past- no different than how Spurrier, Urban and Muschamp have at UF over the years. Let's hope Coach NS stays a long while and outlasts Urban's run just like he did to him at UF.

Meyer will read his own press and enlarge his ego until he plays Saban again. Then he'll promptly check into the hospital, resign as coach, and dedicate himself afresh to his family!
