Yep, not our best effort tonight. Jackie pitched her worst game since probably her freshman year. The bottom of the line-up has got to produce. I think that Hawkins will replace Keima in right field pretty soon. Someone at 1st base has got to step up and hit, otherwise you could see a shift with Hunt at 1st and Case at second. The catchers haven't separated themselves yet either. I think Murph was hoping Fichtner would come in and win the job outright, but that hasn't happened. Time to bounce back at Tennessee this weekend.

Yeah, except for us taking 3 out of 4 last season including 2 wins by run rule.

Bell did not look good behind the plate arm strength was weak teams with speed will have a field day on the base paths if she has the strongest arm of all the catchers. Jackie did not look good all night falling behind hitters and when she did get ahead in count she would end up falling behind . Stephanie did not call a good game to help her they never pounded inside at all everything was over the middle or corner of the plate. The last two in Innings Florida was hitting like it was batting practice lt was like they new what pitch was coming they have a history of stealing signs.
