I want to think that as well. My only concern will be at the corners and getting LC26 his reps in the big show. Especially since we have Tamu the 2nd game. If we get out of there with a W, our schedule sets up for all the secondary to really grow into position.
Biggest trap game IMO, Ole Miss.
Without a doubt, this front 7 has the potential to as good as we've fielded.

Secondary will be the biggest problem. Could be almost as bad as 2010, IMO. Not being a debbie downer here, just being realistic. We're "reloading" on defense more than some of ya'll think. I still have bad images of Sunseri getting toasted by Johnny Manziel.
-Belue is good, but he's no shutdown corner. Limited size, but has the wheels to regain lost ground
-Fulton hasn't played in 3 years for a reason. I was real high on him coming out of high school. Has the size, but hasnt put it all together yet.
-Geno Smith is good, but limited game time experience. I think he will however be our starting corner against Belue, and probably will be the best of the bunch.
Corner depth is also an issue. We lose one starter and it could ruin our entire season.
As for DLine, we're talented, but young. Hubbard is good, but if we're gonna 3-peat, Hubbard is going to have to have the season of his life. We no longer have a Jesse Williams to consistently stuff the middle.
Linebackers will be the strength of the defense. CJ Mosley coming back was huge for us. He will keep Manziel in check. I dont worry too much about teams running the ball on us, because no other teams except maybe LSU or Arkansas will have that style of offense.
the key is you have to move Sunseri out of the secondary or he'll be targeted by opposing QB the whole season,he cannot cover speedy receiver
