Bama had its success before green got back with the 4 guard line-up. I hope Grant go back to that this week. Green has really interupted the flow since he has been back. I wish Grant would bring green in after starting Releford, Lacey,Steele,Randolph and Gueye. He needs to leave them in and let them set the tempo before he goes to subbing unless it is engstrom for gueye.
Cooper is becoming passive again, like he is scared he will be yanked and never re-inserted if he misses a shot.
The person that seems to be struggling to find his flow is releford. Missing alot of lay-ups he normally makes the past two games.
During the Ole Miss game the announcer said Bama arrived late the night before, so Grant let them sleep-in and skip the morning shoot-around. Maybe that explains the lack of energy the team came out with. This along with some grand-standing from a certain referee hurt Bama chances of winning that game. Game reminded me of the K-State game, where the ref took bama out of the aggressive drive by not calling any fouls. While calling Bama for fouls everytime down court. You cant convince me that two teams playing the exact same style of b-ball can have that big of a difference in fouls called. For example, a charge on bama = a no-call on ole miss.

Jacobs isnt any good on defense and is only effective in the low left block to use his patented jump left hook. I will say hes pretty automatic on that shot, but its not hard to take that away either. Why cant this guy rebound? He's been invisible on the boards. We cannot afford to have Eblen in the game late and TR on the bench like we saw against OM. Especially when we're down. Foul trouble or not, need scorers on the floor when you're down. Im only stating the obvious problems, I still think we we're than we were. That OM game sure confused me though..
