A little more info on Pease

The local newspaper, The Idaho Statesman, says it is confirmed that
Pease is going to leave. The only question is whether or not he will
choose Florida or Alabama. They say that Coach Petersen has already
chosen the former wide-receivers coach to be the new Offensive
Coordinator next year.
So I guess you have a coin toss, either Gainsville or Tuscaloosa.

Hhhmmm. So which one is being used to get a better deal? That's just the way these things work. One is smoke screens for additional something, usually money, from the other.

I have an retired Army buddy of mine who lives in Idaho and is a big Boise State fan. He is going to keep an eye out for info on this for me.

Pease sounds like a good OC candidate, but CNS is the common denominator
He will make a good choice, Bama will be fine no matter who the OC is
