AU gets All American fullback transfer (link)

I don't personally care what happens over there but I know some of you like to keep an eye on the other program in the state. To my knowledge AU doesn't use a fullback but who knows what will happen with a new OC. Just thought it was interesting.

We don't recruit FB's and we run a pro-style O. They need a FB, like we need a 250 lb guard.
This position is essentially extinct in CFB and for the most part in general...H-Back

I think they are rumored to be looking to shift to a West Coast or pro-style offense.
As a FYI, that kid is originally from Mobile and Auburn has the room to take him on their 85.

His Mom has been diagnosed with Cancer, as well. He won't have to sit out a year for medical hardship.

Jay is a friend of our family, and I've known him for a long time. He's a great athlete and an even better guy. He's a genetic freak and wanted to come to Bama but was told we didn't have any room left for him. He's about 6'1 260 lbs with about 5% body fat. I talked to him the other day when they hand timed thier forties and his best was around a 4.5. Rediculous for a guy his size! I'm glad he's closer to home but I wish he was with the good guys! Oh well, RTR!

So they run Al Borges off a few years ago, only to come full circle and begin converting back to the offense they abandoned.
