Agree. The refresh every time you scroll and inability to close it make it easily the most obnoxious ad I've come across. Enough to make me avoid coming on the mobile site altogether.

I saw this scrolling ad last night and knew within seconds that my viewing experience was about to take a huge nose dive. Love the service, hate the ad. Just my two cents.

I'm having to leave my finger touching the screen so it won't refresh. A static ad would be way better(although still fundamentally wrong for a pay mobile site) than the incessant refreshing.
