Sounds like some people just want to be mad about something.
There aren't many (if any?) CEO's, company executives, founders, or co-owners of major businesses that are willing to even have normal conversations with their customers - much less discuss problems on an open forum and do their best to provide a reasonable solution.
Try getting anything like that from the folks at Yahoo, Scout, ESPN, or anything else for that matter, and you'd be wasting your time.
We have it good here.

Here's a solution to one of the problems.
Laura and Brandon,
We are restarting the Pacquaio ad. We've made some changes to the ad, and also corrected a bug in the programming that forced it to occasionally auto-open to the interstitial for some end-users.
The banner is now 5 pixels smaller in height, and does not have video. Its a smaller size memory footprint as well.
We are encouraged that this ad will bring a much more positive end-user experience!
