So are you saying that you would interview Sandusky then?(Yeah I know that's a stretch..just making a point)
Not comparing the two in anyway, but actions do have consequences. Judging an action is different than judging the person. Nothing wrong with saying he personally does not want to interview J. Willis. I think Willis made a solid coach for us.

My thoughts exactly. Whoever would replace Sal would come from off the radar just as the OC candidates have.

bigmike that is a very good point. To lay myself a bit bare, i had a serious anger problem in my life when I was younger (20's, early 30's) and my wife left me because I got pretty violent sometimes. But I went to counselling and God healed me of that anger. Now with alot of encouragement I am the total opposite, overly laid back. My wife and I just celebrated 15 years of marriage and 5 kids! Praise God! So I do think you need to look at what a person did but listen to their side and always lean on the side of grace. Hope that clarifies a little more.

Doug Nussmeier sure looks like a highly qualified candidate to me. Hope he wins out over the NFL guy who does not seem very impressive statistically speaking.

Folks, please remember the leader of our organization is Coach Saban; he possesses not only a unique football knowledge, but like Coach Bryant he is an excellent judge of character too; he gets the most out of men and boys. Coach will make the right hire.

same here, players loved him and he was a high energy guy from all accounts. I get people are uneasy after information came out on his personal life but it really has no weight to me on him filling a POSSIBLE coaching vacancy. for all we know Sal may tell UT to shove it

Who on your "staff" wrote this piece? You've got to be kidding. Thompson and Steele burnt their bridges. Thompson in particular ruined himself w/Saban.
