BOL Round Table

I like the concept, but I thought it would have been cool to wear a version of the 1925 uniforms during warm-ups at the Rose Bowl, and then come out for the game in our regular uniforms. I love the tradition of our current uniforms, but if we ever want to vary things up for a pro combat uni (which I hope we don't), I think it would be nice to go back to an even older tradition of our uniforms, and wear replicas of other uniforms in which we won championships -- even if just during pre-game warm-ups. Could be a cool concept IMO.

Please tell me we aren't going to wear those!

I understand that some people subscribe to the, "If it ain't broke..." philosophy and I also understand the dislike for "gimmicky" uniform changes a la Georgia's blackout, but the venomous aversion to even the slightest uniform tweak, even if it were to honor Crimson Tide legends, is very strange to me.
