Just one guy that sort of leads the team in taking shots. All really good teams have one guy that is the "go to" guy for critical shots and can lead the team with his energy. Right now, it looks like a team full of role players that are trying to force their hand and make the shot when they are not ready. It looks like a team that is expecting the defense to adjust to their offense and it doesn't.
I like this team a lot and I think that our "guy" may very well be on the court. I am looking forward to what this bunch can do when it "clicks" for them and they all find their rhythm.

I agree with everything you said, but we most of all need a guy or two who can consistently hit three point shots. We haven't had anyone in the past couple of years who can knock down the 3 ball. Also our rebounding hasn't been up to par lately. CAG is going in the right direction though as far as recruiting players.
