Am I the only one who things that RF is only concerned with

  • RF and thats it. Does not seem like a team player. Seems to want all the spotlight on himself. He may be a great talent at LB, but his character seems to be questionable at best. I am so sick of reading about him on here. 15 minutes of fame and then jail is what he is looking at if he goes to the Barn. If he goes to UGA, he will try and steal D Liner and whoever he can and UGA will still not play for a NC. Sorry, but I think that RF is full of himself, bad character. flame away and down vote me guys, but thats how I see it. I would like Bama to have him if he had good character, I could be wrong about him, time will tell.

  • I can see him doing a Ray Lewis dance after every tackle sometime in the future.

  • I think RF. might go into withdrawals after all this media attention. he loves getting the attention from all schools and coaches.

There have definitely been alot of drama queens this year. Feels like more so than norm, or recruiting is just heading in that direction

  • OP- why is foster a bad kid? He likes the spotlight. Most kids nowdays do! that dont make him a bad kid. he has never been arrested or in jail. he took some bad advice from an adult and people wanna say he is a bad kid. i am sorry, but i dont see it.

  • It is recruiting. It is all about the prospects themselves. He has to choose his spot for him. Not for his team not for other players.

Can we please cut him and every other recruit some freaking slack. They get a lot of attention and many of them love that. We all love that kind of stuff. Some kids are like Eddie Williams who stay quiet. But we have other guys that have loved the spotlight and have been just fine.

You are trying to make a character judgment on someone who is 18, who is a recruit getting plenty of attention from others all the while not knowing the guy personally.

  • I think a lot of it has to do with a teenager being told over and over how special he is by a magnitude of people. I think it effects everyone regarless of age, especially if they may not have someone that is close to them to help keep them grounded. A lot of times parents play into this in both ways. Sometimes they take a step back and help keep the kid grounded and then sometimes they get caught up in the hype of how good their kid is on the football field and perpetuate the driving of the kids ego. I'm not implying that this makes them bad parents, simply they get caught up in it too.

I'll explain to you, hipptyhop and schmoeWorshiperTjRippedabs why RF's behavior would throw up a blazing red-flag to any cold, rational Bama fan.

    1) Embracing TT as a father figure

    2) De committing in the fashion he did with a copy-cat speech

    3) Bought and paid for by awbarn boosters in addition to mom getting a new job and new house

    4) awbarn tattoo on arm

    4) Packing on over 20 lbs of pure fat due to woefully lacking work ethic

    5) Injury plagued last season and preseason (pulled hammie at combine)- this is also due to laziness

    6) Under achieving Sr. football season

    7) Indecisive, wishy-washy, unsure, up-in-the-air, lacks direction, etc.

Seriously fellas, cut the bs line "bu bu bu you don't know the kid!" Anyone with an IQ higher than Forrest Gump can see this kid is all about leveraging back-door deals, handouts, under-the-table $$ for his mom ( does he have a kid himself? I think he does but someone correct me if I'm wrong.)

If CNS want's him I'm all on board but I'd bet the farm this kid will end up on the farm.

Wanna know who is the the EXACT opposite of RF? D Henry, that kid has demonstrated what a focused hard working student athlete should be.

So by your logic, since "anyone with an IQ higher than Forrest Gump can see this kid is all about leveraging back-door deals, handouts, under-the-table $$ for his mom", we were paying him as well, because he was committed to us for almost a year. I'm going with the more likely scenario that you have no clue what you're talking about.

  • Maybe, only time will tell about RF. He's just an impressionable kid when you get right down to it. Perhaps JUCO will give him a chance to mature as a person and as a player. By the time he's qualified, the recruiting cycle begins all over again. There's no telling where he'll end up then. Perhaps, I'm as wrong as wrong can be, but that's the way it seems to me when I look at the big picture.
