Ronald Reagan: Man is not free unless government is limited.
I was Youth Pastor at a church that was named after her, Mignon Baptist Church. It was across the street from Avondale Mills in Sylacauga. Great Memories and apparently a great lady that helped a lot of people.

What a wonderful lady & fan! Mal tells a great story at Alumni events about her helping recruit John Hand to play for the Tide. Seems that his mother worked for Avondale Mills in Sylacauga at the time he was being recruited. Apparently she helped convince him to go to the U of A. Mal says that after that when someone asked her what she did, her response was, " I'm a recruiter for the Crimson Tide!"
