BOL Round Table

A client of mine (she and her husband are friends with John Hannah) arranged, a couple of weeks ago, for me and my son to spend a couple of hours with John at his farm today. My son is a freshman in high school and plays right guard. John played left guard. It began casually with John just asking my son things about his offense and explaining some things as it relates to an overall understanding of everything that is going on on the football field. It then elevated to 1-on-1 technique illustrations in the living room that lasted 30-45 minutes. It ended with doughnuts and coffee. It took us an hour to get home and we talked about it all the way home. John Hannah was known for his incredible technique and he shared many tips as it relates to those techniques. He illustrated and then had my son repeat. Truly an awesome day with an awesome man. I could not begin to articulate my level of appreciation for the interest he took in my son today. Inspirational.
