MojoDawg must have had UHF. I can remember having only VHF and Channels 6, 10 (PBS) and 13 in Birmingham. It was always a treat to be at my grandparents' on Saturday night, because they had a little black and white portable TV that had UHF and got WBMG-42, so we got to watch Len Rossi, Bearcat Brown, and Tojo Yamamoto do battle against Saul Weingeroff, the Von Brauners, Ken Ramey, and the Interns on Saturday night wrestling.

i'll be the politician here and say the rant was great and certainly the lesson here is to not make excuses for your own actions. however, we don't know crowell's situation. growing up in a dangerous and tragic environment can certainly affect people. at some point though, you have to grow up and be your own man.

Washington is a GA LB/DE from Burke County Ga. His family lives about 4 mile up the road from me, and he is far from having grown up in rough conditions. He lives in the country outside of Waynesboro Ga, and comes from a good family. His problem is he forgot where he came from when he went to Athens, DUI last year is proof of that.

What happened in this thread? I posted something yesterday that I thought was very benign, indeed...and it, along with several other posts are gone. Did it get bad or something? Cliffs will do.
