Anybody remember that picture he posted sporting BAMA gear right before he committed? I think there was a little ceasars hotnready in the background. Just thinking back on the old bol days..

far to many Bama fans talk as if BJ was an over hyped / over rated slub.
however does anyone recall w/true freshman Julio Jones now aboard & all summer to prep for the opener, the first offensive play call of the 2008 season ( w/Julio split far left) ?
yes,a quick hitch to true freshman BJ Scott (albeit an ill-aimed attempt by John Parker).
im not certain of all the details on why BJ decided to leave but i will say this, he may have very well been one of the best pure cover guys on the team at the time of his departure.
sometimes certain things just dont work out.

Agreed. Far too many people talk about bj as a bust. It didnt work out here, but he has a chance to show what hes got for nfl scouts and has a chance to get drafted or at the very least show what hes got and get a chance. Meanwhile another 5 star from that class, tyler love, saw no significant playing time and left the program with a year of eligibility left. Very unfair to bj imo that some ppl talk about him the way they do.
