I thought NSD was the first day you could sign (unless you enroll early).

You can't "sign" until NSD. That is why we have NSD.

Thanks for clarifying. I saw an earlier post in one of the 50 threads about RF's comittment that said RF had already singed. Then 5 minutes later I received the text message, like all of us did, from BOL saying he had singed. Confusing to say the least.

Lucky, understandable with all the commotion, but was this a slip-up?
