Was it Belue that made the open field tackle on Hill that kept him in bounds at the end?

That was a key play. Belue was in great position on pass coverage much of the time. That is exactly what we want. Make the qb play perfectly to get a completion. For some reason , we were not able to pressure Mettenberger. I give their OL and blocking schemes lots of credit.

I haven't seen a win from a team that palyed more poorly in a long time. Why did we wait for the last 1:30sceonds to get creative with the passing game and AJ had a horrible night. We made LSU look like gods and they are simply not that good!

I think our secondary is good. They have depth concerns at CB, and the safeties are a bit slow against bigger, faster receivers.
But I think that LSU's o-line played an awesome game, and we weren't able to put pressure on Mett.
