If you can, read Bill Rice's absolute stomp down of Josh Moon in this week's Montgomery Independent. (it may be on line) It is classic, ending with the statement that none of Moon's garbage was said to coach saban's face

Years ago I was on a couple boards with his Dad, and the sons visited on occasion. Like someone said, their Dad played at Bama--caught Mal Moore's only TD pass--and was a great writer on the board and had a couple of historical books published. If his son can write as well as his Dad--I recall he could--then without a shadow of a doubt he ate Moon's lunch, and then took his milk money.

It might be one of the best pro-Saban/Bama articles written by an instate writer outside of Cecil Hurt. It really is a shame that there isn't an online edition. Its basically the kind of writing that we've all been begging to see from the Birmingham News/al.com for years. Its not propaganda filled homerism nor is it some agenda-filled column that was only created to increase website hits. He lays out a perfect defense for Coach Saban while exposing Josh Moon for the hack that he is.
If someone can find it online, please post it.
