TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Former Alabama Crimson Tide golfer Bud Cauley has been named a finalist for the 2012 PGA Tour Rookie of the Year Award. The three-time All-American at Alabama led all tour rookies with six top-10 finishes in 2012.
Cauley played in 28 PGA TOUR events in 2012, and placed 38th in the final FedEx Cup rankings. The native of Jacksonville, Fla., finished the season 44th overall on the final official money list with earnings of $1.74 million.
