Lots of crazy in this thread. Georgia sucks and almost never beats Florida. I love how people point out how Florida "struggled on offense" against South Carolina. They hung SIX TOUCHDOWNS on them. Georgia's scoring against South Carolina consisted of one touchdown in garbage time. Georgia can't defend the run to save their lives and Florida can pound it with the best of them. They've also shut down every single team they've played in the second half, including Tennessee, who Georgia was about to go into OT against.

Florida wins this one big. There is no other case aside from nonsensical "Georgia will be up for this game" speculation.

Not arguing with anything you say. Because in many ways you are right. But I am looking at the bigger picture. I think Florida has to be a little mentally fatigued at this point. I think they are overachieving, as we did in 2008, a little bit. If they can pull this one out, I will give into what Muschamp is doing. But I just don't think they have it.

Food references are makin me Hungary. Wish I had something too eat on the rode home.

Florida is 6-1 ATS this year. I have won alot on them but I will lay off of it this weekend.

Georgia plays terrible on defense in spite of the fact they have 4 or 5 guys who will draft in the first two rounds over the next two drafts. They have the talent on d buy play soft. Coaching.

I fear that they could put together a good game defensively for this one. If Georgia doesn't compete they will have to reside in the fact that their highlight of the year was a blowout win over Vanderbilt. Their backs are kind of against the wall.

Florida has been through a hard stretch but they have quality depth, they play tough defensively and they can run the ball between the tackles.

I think Florida will win but not cover, if the stars aligned Georgia could win a close one, alternatively Florida will win convincingly. No way does Georgia win big in this game.

With that being said my opinion is this a game to lay off.

UF will lose to FSU & Bama before heading to their bowl game. Nice season for the Gators to build on.

We need Florida to win this game history shows if Florida makes it to the SEC championship game we do too usually. But with that said I think Georgia catches Florida at the right time and wins a close game.

The similarities to 08 are among the reasons I expect Florida to win this game. But I also think Muschamp is the real deal (I always have) and more importantly, Richt is NOT. My prediction is based as much on my lack of faith in Georgia as it is on my respect for Florida.

Florida brings their B game and they win close. They bring their A game and this game is over at halftime. Anything lower and things get interesting. I'll concede that playing LSU, a scrappy Vandy team, and USCe in back-to-back weeks will make this a test of their resiliency...I just don't think they need to pass it with flying colors to go home with a win.
