Spring is going to be very intriguing at WR/TE.

    A-Day DEPTHCHART :

    SE-A.Cooper, K.Bell*, D.White*, slot-Ch.Jones, Cy Jones, C.Black, P.Barrineau Flk-K.Norwood, M.Shinn, D.WoodsonJr, R.Falkins TE-B.Vogler, M.Faciane, K.Freitag HB-O.J. Howard,H.Jones, C.McCarron

with Bell & White both hoping to return to form after injuries during the 2012 campain the question arises.....

with C-Dix, Sunseri, Collins, Perry, & the expected return of J.Williams at saftey, do either Eddie Williams or Jai Miller see time at WR come spring ? coffee

You see Howard at H-Back? I'm thinking him and Vogler split time at tight end, or go hand-in-hand in certain situations.

I think the H-Back position will be Harrison Jones strictly based on run blocking and use the athleticism of our big tight ends in the passing game.

Deepest and most talented I can remember at the receiver position.

I agree 100%, it's ridiculous how loaded we're gonna be at the WR position next season

  • I think that OJ Howard will walk in in the door and take the Hback spot as long as he can block and practices hard. He is incredibly talented but too small (weight wise) to play the normal tight end position this year. And that kind of mismatch (his height, athleticism, and speed) would be a lethal weapon for Alabama while they develop cohesiveness with the new Oline.
