Thanks for creating this thread Chris! I am sure the guys are pretty dang excited right now. Last year we left with our tails tucked a tad after losing each game. I am sure this is a big confidence boost for them. If any of you BOLers have a twitter, I am sure they would really appreciate the follow, @AlabamaHockey. I know first hand that these guys actually do check out this twitter page and really appreciate the support.
FYI, that's the Frozen Tide's first win at the national tournament.
Roll Tide! Never let it end !!
Reel in the National Championship Frozen Tide!!!
Congrats to the Frozen Tide. I noticed that Ole Miss made this Tournanment too. Do all the SEC teams play in Division III?
No. The SECHC is made up of ten SEC teams, but Texas A&M, Missouri, and Kentucky are all in D2. LSU's team disbanded and is apparently under some kind of ban.
Game is in the third period. Tide just pulled ahead 5-4.
Go get 'em Frozen Tide!!!!
5-5 now, but California University (Penn.) has two in the penalty box.
Cal just took a 6-5 lead with 1:30 to go.
Cal scored the potential game winner while on penalty kill?
Cal scores an empty netter to ice the game.
(not sure if the game-winner was on the penalty kill).
Alabama's season comes down to tomorrow's game against Michigan-Flint. Have to win and get whatever's the tiebreaker to advance.
Frozen Tide's game against Michigan-Flint getting ready to start. Tide must win to have a chance to advance.
Tide down 4-0. Not looking good.
