Jesse Williams is having an MRI tomorrow - He was able to play after they iced it and the swelling went down (in addition to the brace). It's the same knee that's been giving him some trouble all season.
Barrett Jones hurt his foot in the first quarter, and by the fourth quarter he could barely walk on it. "Pure adrenaline" was how he got through to the end of the game. He said he confident he'll be able to play in the national championship game and was talking about treatments with the medical staff in the locker room.
Brandon Ivory said he basically toughed it out.

Barrett deserves major kudos having to block that monster with a bad foot.
Tough bunch of SOB's, and Ivory is starting to play good football. He can move......
Vince Lombardi was asked how it felt to have the best football team in the world. He replied, I don't know. We haven't played Alabama yet.
Having to block either of those monsters. Wish we could have one of them
A month until the next game will do wonders for this team .. They obviously won't be at 100% but they are beat to hell and back and really need the rest

Here's what will be in the notebook:
Senior nose guard Jesse Williams (left knee) was scared that he has sustained a major injury when he went down on the first possession of the second half, but was able to play on it in the fourth quarter after icing reduced the swelling.
“Once I knew it wasn’t anything serious I could push through the pain,” Williams said. “ I said ‘I’m going to get a couple of weeks of rest, so I mine as well go all-out.’”
Williams will have an MRI on Sunday. His backup, sophomore nose tackle Brandon Ivory (ankle), was also playing on a sprained ankle from Auburn last week, while defensive end Ed Stinson sustained an ankle early in the game.
“It’s holding me back, but it was for the team,” Ivory said. “Whatever they need, I got.”
Meanwhile, senior center Barrett Jones could barely walk at the end of the game.
“Good doctors,” he said. “I don’t know (what happened), I hurt my foot in the first quarter sometime. I just kind of wrapped it up really tight, and when you unwrap it then it started really hurting.”
Jones said “pure adrenaline” was how he got through the game, and he’s confident he’ll be ready to play in the BCS National Championship Game in five weeks.
“I didn’t even know he was hurt until we got on the podium,” junior guard Anthony Steen said.
How about Stinson?
