Gives credit to A&M
Dug a ditch too big to dig out of.
A lot of missed assignments. Didn't play with a lot of discipline.
Players were told to watch for A&M trying to get them to jump offsides on final punt.
A lot of lessons to be learned. This team can still accomplish a lot.
Two of the three national championship teams he coached lost a game. Still have a chance to win the west.

Was concerned this week, team seemed a little out of gas.
Their QB is a fantastic player, made a lot of plays.
Coming out of half issues - We need to have something that's a little different at the start of the second half. Got a couple of stops and really lost the momentum when didn't move the ball offensively.
No reason not to execute better when we come out in the third quarter.
It has been that way all year. The O disappears every third quarter.
We adjusted to the pass-rush lanes as the game went on to keep Manziel in the pocket - gave up some plays when defensive backs were looking at the QB and lost their men.
Give credit to him, but also a lot of mistakes.
Saban questioned on why didn't run it near the goal-line at the end. He responds that if had been a run he'd be asked about why didn't you pass? Didn't execute what they called.
We knew that was going to be a difficult game. Needed to play our best game and we didn't do it.
A&M defense early - loaded box. Didn't block very well. Didn't do a good job on third down.
Critical to get off to a good start offensively. Didn't get that done. The best way to defend #2 is when he's not out there.
We got outplayed today. We got beat today.
Saban talked a lot about discipline, execution and trust -- that's it for now.
I'm sorry. No way I pass with almost 4 minutes left on the clock. Now if there is less than 1:30 left. Yes. No way I give Manziel (sp?) that much time with 3 timeouts.

Tough words to hear. But i felt bad about this game all week long. RTR

This is the only time I have ever disagreed with Saban. I think we all would have stood behind him if he ran the ball 2 or 3 out of the 4 tries and just happen to lose the game. We have the best offensive line in America and it needed to be used in that situation. I stand behind him 100% but I just disagree with him on the the passing 3 times.
In all fairness, AJ missed several wide open receivers. Espec on 3rd dwn. Killed drives and put # 2 back on field.
AJ keeps playing worse and worse.
First time I've ever disagreed with Saban... Bama nation would not have asked why we didn't pass.
He has been streaky as of late... I would love for any AL player to win the Heisman, but I wish they would shut up about it
Agree...heck put ol #54 in there & run jumbo 3 times behind him. I bet we get 6yds
No, we don't. We didn't even have the best offensive line in this game.
Even coach saban knows that playcalling was bad and needs to change. But wait im sure Daryll67 will tell me Saban is wrong.

Apparently Coach Nuss called the offsides... ;)
Certainly didn't today.
It has EVERYTHING to do with depth. A lot of people these days watch football with an X-box mentality.......that ain't the way it works. On X-box you don't have to play the "what if" game, like "what if we lose another RB and have to play an ill prepared Kenyan Drake in meaningful snaps?". These are big boy decisions being made by the best coach in the game. If the crowd who routinely questions our play calling was allowed to run an offense for a season they'd look about like Auburn.
You formulate a game plan, trust your players to execute it, and when they don't.....you lose. Some of you need to grow a pair or stop watching.
