you guys are way to quick to rule out dee hart and fowler. fowler and hart will, imo, split time at the backup slot to yeldon depending on the situation. both of these back have the ability to be used in multiple situations. fowler isnt as light on his feet as lacy is/was, but he still has the ability to move respectably for a man of his size. also idk if you guys watched the games at the beginning of the season but hart was making good plays on special teams and running as hard as any other back. i think that he runs with a bit of a chip on his shoulder because people like most of you believe that he is too small, similarly to the manner in which ray rice runs.
i think fowler, if healthy, is the clear number 2 option at this point in a tight game against an elite opponent to spell yeldon.
i also think he continues his hybrid role, thus creating some carries for another back (drake or henry)
