It is most likely due to an ad that is being served to you. Clear your cookie list and that should take care of the issue
This has been gong on for over a week. Cant seem to get a straight answer . I have even emailed BOL.. No answer.
Be warned, there is some malware attached somehow to this site. I have the top McAfee antivirus package and stiil caught a nasty virus. My hard drive had to be wiped clean and restored from backup. 99/o certain it was caught here not BOLs fault, but nasty stuff. I never enter this site now except from my wife's Mac.

Yessir I sent an email to the link at the top of the page with an attachment of what my antivirus was detecting. Now whether or not that goes to you I have no idea.

Yes, McAfee sends message every time.
Also getting a pop up wanting me to take a survey to win a prize. Very annoying.
If running Chrome or Firefox install the Ad Blocker feature. No more viruses and no more ads. The site will load much faster too.
im getting OOPS on bol but havent been able to access tBB at work for months due to "swimsuit/intimate apparal" ads
It's sad that 247 can't get a handle on this ad problem. This same issue pops up every few months and users shouldn't be getting viruses due to ads from a website that they are a paying member of.

Just in case it's a different issue, I've looped the Google team. Here's the message from our account manager who is trying to help us find the problem.

What part of clearing your cookies did you people not understand? That will cause you to stop getting served the ad. I know I do this for a living.
This ^^^^^^^^^. I have Norton 360 and run Chrome with Adblock plus. I have had none of the mentioned problems since 247 began. Knock on wood.

Just received a msg that we haven't flagged anything. Your users might be seeing the same one as two days ago in their cache. As one of the postings said, if possible, I would recommend those users getting warned to clear cookies and cache.
Is it possible for me or your end to post something in that forum?
