I'm buying these 2 club level (section 300) tomorrow from a friend of a friend of a friend and this is the picture the guy sent to me. All other tix I have seen have corners that are not round. Also this doesn't appear to be the normal material. He claims he won them on a radio station and after some research it,
The contest checks out. Any way I can verify? Thanks!!!!
I can't see them to well...Tell ya what, I will PM you my address, and you mail them to me for verification......
They look like mine (club level 202) but the pic is too blurry to make out. Another thread said to count the number of bars on bar code and also request a pic of the back of the tics as well.
They dont look real to me, jmo though
Photograph the back too.

Here's the link from that other thread on fake tickets. It was bumped down to page three....
It went down just like so many other fake ticket sales have gone down in the past. Two tickets posted on Craigslist, a well-known choice of the unscr
There should be an app for phones that you could use to verify tickets in a way that couldn't be duplicated. Or at least let you scan the bar code to make sure that at least matched. A picture of the ticket would also be helpful with the exact dimensions and weight. It's easily doable. My phones camera recognizes bar codes and can then search the net and tell me what that product is and will even let me order that product. This day and age it should not be that difficult

I had the same thought....I tried reading my code with my scanner and it would not.
Those tickets have rounded edges on each corner, ours are straight edge corners, not sure if that is a single determining factor but something to consider I think?
I got mine from discover and the corners are not rounded.
This is easy...don't buy them unless you are 100% sure. To much money to risk
I must ask...what the heck are they chained to??
Those are lanyards. Many come laminated and you slip your tix inside and wear them around your neck.
I see that now and if they were laminated they edges may have been cut rounded as that junk gets sharp on the corners...just a thought. I say check out the back and the other things in that linked article.
Yep. Doesn't look like OP was really interested anyway.
Do yours also have rounded corners??

I mean it's not like we won't be in the hunt pretty much every year at this rate. If you miss out this year, you'll get another chance soon.
My brothers gave me fake tickets as a joke for Chistmas. We got in a legit fist fight. I was freakin pissed. But those look exactly like them. You wouldn't happen to know the name of the person your buying from would you? If its my brother, I swear to God I will shoot him in the knee cap for you.
I'm sorry... But that would have been hilarious to see. *disclaimer* as long as it didn't happen to me
HOW IS THAT FUNNY? They sure thought it was... But I just don't get it. This is serious stuff here, lol.
Haha. You're right. Can't imagine your heartbreak. My condolences to you.
Post a pic of the back of the tiks
