Does this deer antler stuff actually work? I saw some for a good price on BodyBuilding.com and was thinking about trying it.
Normally I just do a classic protein shake, but this seems kinda cool haha

I find it hard to believe that some meathead from Fultondale, AL created some juice made from deer velvet that is a magic muscle builder/renewal. Whatever it is claimed to be.

In all seriousness the key is discipline in nutrition and exercise. Most of my friends that juiced and tried shortcuts would blow up for a time and then shrink back down after a cycle. If it was easy everyone would do it.

IGF-1 apparently works or the NCAA. MLB and the NFL wouldn't have ban it.

IGF is growth hormone. Of course it works in shot form.
Deer antler spray doesn't. Similar to creatine drops under the tongue. Not soluble or potent enough to do anything.
