Julio has to get that ankle well. He was definitely not 100% and spent most of the second half on the sidelines. Hate to see nagging injuries continue to plague him.
Ingram had a TD, and Rashad should have been credited with a fumble recovery.
Forgot about that TD. It was nice.
Great weekend for some former Tiders. I actually watched and rooted for the Browns today just because of Trent. Had a good game and Cleveland should have won.
Agree. Browns should have won. Weeden isn't really progressing IMO

Always look forward to this report. Thanks.
Jarret Johnson 1 tackle 1 TFL
Wallace Gilberry 3 tackles
Kareem Jackson 5 tackles
He is 40 not a ton of room to progress before age slows him down
So . . . he's a man?
Well he did play for one...so maybe????
Haha thats true. And he leaves them in a tough situation. They desperately need DB's but there won't be one worth their high pick this year. If they take a 1st round QB that would mean in the last 3 years they've drafted 3...two in 1st round, one in 2nd round. Doesn't look good. But I wouldn't care. If the right QB was there I would draft him. They will never win without one.
I agree..the problem is they keep reaching for players they shouldn't. Weeden would have been there middle of 2nd for sure...and yes, they need a QB...but no way Weeden is that much better than Colt McCoy. With all of the other needs they have, they should have at least traded out of it, to get another pick or two and still pick up Weeden in 2nd.
True and don't forget famously trading up for Brady Quinn not to long ago. If they are smart, and they probably aren't, they trade down maybe with the Rams and get a 2 for one where they can draft a DB and a WR.
Bump for the Monday lunch readers
Trent is doing his thing like everyone thought he would. It only took 6 games for the HC to give him the rock. Browns have a new owner so they will be cleaning house with this coaching staff at years end. Weeden isn't the answer at QB but not sure the Browns can afford to go bust on another top QB draft pick. Give Weeden another year or target someone in Free Agency. Browns need to address the secondary with their first few picks in April.
Damn, Harper had himself a game!
Watched the Browns game as well. Hard to watch. It's amazing Trent gets as many yards as he does.
Yes the Browns have a lot of drops this season, but I think it's as much Weeden's fault as the receivers. He is too inconsistent with his accuracy to let the receivers get into any kind of rhythm. They also don't have much talent at WR which doesn't help. Their defense has played OK so far this season. If they could get any kind of consistent passing game, they could become balanced and really be a headache for other teams. I am glad to see them giving the ball to their best player though. Hope they figure the rest out before Trent wears down.
I'll never understand that pick by the browns. He's already older than probably half the qbs in the league. They should have traded that pick and got him later if they really wanted him. I've watched every browns game this year and he looks absolutely lost out there at times. Defenses do not have much respect for him and its making trents job that much harder. I hope he pulls it together though.
Rashad also had a fumble recovery
Other than getting destroyed on that one TD pass Sunday, Kareem, "Coop", Jackson is the most improved player in the NFL. He went from being burnt toast to one of the better cover corners in 2 years. He's got at least 4, maybe 5 INTs this year.
That was a sick save on that play
